ST. THOMAS AQUINAS HIGH SCHOOL, Louisville, will offer a boys/girls basketball camp June 8-9: 10-11 a.m. for grades K-2, and 11 a.m.-noon for grades 3-5. Both groups will meet in the gym. HOLY CROSS ACADEMY’S ST. PETER SCHOOL is holding an art camp for children 9 a.m.-noon June 12-16 for grades 1-2 and June 19-23 for grades 3-5 at the school, 702 Cleveland Ave., Canton. A professional artist and teacher from St. Peter’s will guide children in an adventure in hands-on art. Projects will include tie dying, paper mache, paint blowing, creating collages and exploring other art media. Participants will also start an art journal. Class size limited to 15. Cost: $20. HOLY APOSTLES PARISH, Youngstown, will hold a reverse raffle with a $2,000 grand prize at 6 p.m. May 27 at SS. ST. ANN PARISH, East Liverpool, serves hot meals for the needy 3-5 p.m. Tuesdays in the parish hall.

ST. MARY/ST. FRANCES CABRINI PARISH, Conneaut, and the St. Vincent de Paul Society provides a soup luncheon at St. Mary Hall 11 a.m.-2 p.m. the last Saturday of the month. Free of charge.

ST JOSEPH PARISH, Massillon, St. Vincent DePaul Society has a soup kitchen noon-1 p.m. every Monday in the school building.

ST. BARBARA PARISH, Massillon, food pantry will be open 9-10:30 a.m. in the parish life center. The area they serve is west of the highway. Current photo ID and current utility bill with address is needed.

SUPPORT PROGRAMS

ST. MICHAEL PARISH, Canton, hosts the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) Support Group 7-8 p.m. every Sunday in the church. Anyone whose life is touched by mental illness (personally or through a family member or friend) is welcome to attend. BLESSED SACRAMENT PARISH, Warren, is the meeting site of HOPE WORKS, a job-networking group for those seeking employment, at 9 a.m. the first and third Tuesday of the month at Holy Family Hall. SS. CYRIL AND METHODIUS PARISH, Warren, is the site of a grief support group that meets at 6:30 p.m. the second Wednesday of each month in the parish center social hall.
